Review: The Social Network

The Social Network is being called one of the best movies this year. It displays the idea, making, and somewhat breaking moments on one of the most revolving communication tools we have in this generation. Today, Facebook is worth over 55 billion (yes, that a “B”) and is the second most visited site, behind Google. The Social Network shows Mark Zuckerberg’s (Jesse Eisenberg) website from when it was exclusive to Harvard students, to a now an international online community. Under the brilliant direction of David Fincher, the tight, swift script by Aaron Sorkin, and the talented young cast, The Social Network excels.

Personally, I must agree with everyone else who thought this was a great movie. The script was well written and well played. Jesse Eisenberg surprised me going from Zombieland to The Social Network. I admire the kids’ ability in diverse acting. I am also not that big of a fan of Justin Timberlake. But, with this film, I must applaud him for his work well done. Highly recommend for anyone who uses Facebook!
